1. Acceptance

These terms govern your use of sunflora.co.in. By browsing the site or sending us an enquiry through it, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Separate written terms agreed on a purchase order, quotation or supply contract take precedence over these terms for that transaction.

3. Using this website

You may browse this site, and download or print pages, for your own business purposes — evaluating our products, preparing an enquiry, or keeping a record of what we offer.

You may not:

• copy our text, photographs or product images onto another website or into marketing material presented as your own;
• scrape the site in bulk, or use it to assemble a database for resale or competitive intelligence;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
• submit false enquiries, spam, or anything unlawful, defamatory or malicious through our forms; or
• use the site in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else's use of it.

4. Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Dimensions, GSM, thickness, load ratings, colours and photographs on this site are indicative. Manufacturing tolerances apply, materials vary between production runs, and screen colours differ from physical ones.

Nothing on this website is a specification you can rely on for a critical application. Where a dimension or a performance figure matters, ask us to confirm it in writing for your order, and request a sample before committing to a volume purchase. We are not liable for a choice made solely on the basis of a web page.

5. Quotations and orders

Prices and product listings on this site, and any figure given in an enquiry reply, are an invitation to do business — not a binding offer. A contract comes into existence only when we confirm your order in writing.

Unless a quotation says otherwise, it is valid for 30 days from its date and is subject to stock and raw-material availability at the time of confirmation. Minimum order quantities apply to most items. We may decline any order.

6. Pricing, taxes and payment

Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of GST, freight, insurance and any other statutory levy, which are charged additionally at the rate applicable on the date of invoice. Payment terms are those stated on the quotation or invoice.

Where goods are supplied on credit, we may charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate permitted by law, and may suspend further despatches while an invoice remains unpaid.

7. Delivery and risk

Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith and are not of the essence of the contract. We are not liable for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including transport disruption, raw-material shortage, industrial action, fire, flood, epidemic or government action.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to you or to your nominated carrier, and title passes only when we have received payment in full.

8. Shortages, damage and returns

Please inspect goods on arrival. Shortages or visible transit damage must be noted on the delivery documents and reported to us in writing within 7 days of delivery, with photographs. Claims made later cannot usually be verified and may be declined.

Goods manufactured or converted to your specification cannot be returned unless they are defective. Where goods are accepted back, they must be unused, in original packaging, and a restocking charge may apply.

Where a product is genuinely defective, our responsibility is limited to replacing it or refunding what you paid for it, at our option.

9. Intellectual property

The Sunflora Solutions name, the “Think Differently” tagline, our logo, and the text, photographs, layout and code of this website belong to us or to our licensors. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written permission.

Where you send us artwork, a drawing or a specification for a custom product, it stays yours; you confirm that you are entitled to send it to us, and you permit us to use it for the purpose of manufacturing your order.

10. Third-party links

This site links to other websites, including social media platforms and our web designer's portfolio. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

11. Disclaimer

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses, or that the information on it is complete or current at every moment. To the extent the law permits, we exclude all warranties that would otherwise be implied.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of production, loss of contracts or loss of goodwill arising from your use of this website or from a defect in goods supplied. Our total liability in respect of any order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods in question.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of this website, or any third-party claim relating to artwork or specifications you supplied to us.

14. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from the use of this website, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we both submit to that jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you use the site is the version that applies. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
